POOR SERVICE

I've been an Absa client for a very long time at the Boksburg Branch. On Friday Morning I tried to draw money but had a problem with my Account. Upon further investigation and time off from work I was informed by the Wadeville Branch that it is because of "FICA".
It "only" took me 2 hours and another card added to my collection at the Sunward Park Branch to get this sorted out. I have not ONCE been informed via SMS, phone call, letter etc that certain documents are needed.
