ABSA has the worst service ever! FNB is the way

So Absa sent me a sms telling me to FICA my account. "Please bring your proof of residence not older that three months and your green barcode ID to any Absa branch" I know this off by heart as since that first sms they never stopped the sms's.

I took my documents in to the Menlyn branch. There after the kept on asking me to take my documents in. So I took of work and went to Ferndale branch with all my documents. After that they still kept on sending me the same sms to bring in my FICA documents. So I took of work once again to take the documents to the Ferndale branch.

Even after taking the documents in for the third time they still bugged me. I went on to their website to make a complaint about this. They smsed me to apologise for the misunderstanding and that everything is in order.

This morning I went onto Absa banking to pay my rent just to find that they have blocked my account and I have no access to my own money because of incompetent workers not doing their job while I took off mine to give them there documents. What did you do with my documents Absa?

I think I should phone FNB they are always ready to help as they slogan says "How can we help you" Unlike Absa
