Good afternoon.

Im currently with absa and want to change to fnb. Today, 28 July 2013 I went to fnb to open an account. The lady that helped me was very friendly, however the problem I have is with services that will not be rendered to me as advertised. Firstly it's my debit orders that I will have to change myself, because fnb's system did not want to work properly, but on the website they say debit order switching. Secondly I did not receive my card today, when I asked can it be delivered to my work place, as I work during the week, it was said yes, but I will have to pay for this service. Why advertise then that it would be delivered to you but not advertise that theres a price involved. There`s a few other things as well but this is the main problem.

The lady helping me was friendly and helpfull, but I wish that I did not open these accounts, because thousands of my money will be going into these accounts, and they cant even supply me with service to keep me there on the 1st day. My father and my friend wanted to switch to fnb from absa, but after what happened today, they decided that they dont want to switch to fnb anymore.
