A NIGHTMARE TO LINK PAYPAL TO FNB!!!

I came back from visiting my daughter in America on 1 September 2013. I opened up a Paypal account whilst there as she was reimbursing me for my ticket purchased so she could transfer the dollars into my account. In South Africa I was asked to take the necessary documents into my nearest FNB branch. Proof of Residence, Proof of Income, etc. to transfer my dollars via FNB. I didn't need to open an a/c.

I own a Holiday Home down the South Coast which provides my income, so I registered as "self-employed" which I am. I decided that whilst I was there, having endured the queue shuffling up and down till it was my turn, I'd open an account as well. The lady setting it up, Natasha Pillay, opened up a BUSINESS account for me., now they want my PROOF OF REGISTRATION - HOW CAN I GIVE SOMETHING I DON'T HAVE? This has caused endless problems. I still can't connect my FNB account to my Paypal. I get tossed from one person to another, my branch, Online Banking, Paypal.

It's a nightmare!!! The ad says switch in 10 minutes. I can't switch in 10 weeks. The frustration, the endless calls, I'm 60 years old, a widow pensioner who makes an income out of her holiday home. PLEASE HELP ME TO SORT OUT
