During the course of this year, my mom in law and I went into the Florida Branch to open up accounts for my 3 kids, where it was agreed that she would deposit money and also paid the amount to open up the accounts. Needless to say, of these 3 accounts opened, 2 have been closed without notification of any sort. I was also advised that the accounts would be opened but that money would only be transferred on an ad-hoc basis and not every month and this was agreed upon. To date, I've not received any correspondence and would appreciate someone getting back to me instead of me calling in. In addition to this, I opened up a business account and want to transfer the business account, under the same name to our registered npc - still waiting for feedback.
