Two months ago I submitted a request to pay arrears installments over the rest of term. The arrangement was agreed only if I could proof that new installment could be paid, for two months MFC tries to take arrear amount old installment new agreed amount and Ms Vinessa Grove contacts me and gives me a lot of problems regarding returned debit orders. I explained and Vinessa was rude, threatened me with lawyers and had a bullying attitude. The original old installment was made and for the second month now this gas happened and she gave me over for legal action, after telling me everytime she went to lenghts to assist me. I she went to such great lenghts, this would have been resolved two months ago with only the new agreed and arranged installment. Furthermore she told my wife she is a for giving her my incorrect cell number, I chose not to speak to her because she does not understand when I speak to her and tell me I am deliberately ignoring the arrangement, which I went to lenghts to explain my situation. Looks like Ms Grove is trying to sabotage the arrangement. I cannot afford to lose the car and wish someone else to assist me with this matter.
