My Monthly installment with Nedbank is R1094. At the beginning of this month they called me to make arrangement. I told them that I can't afford to pay more than my Monthly installment and they should take only the monthly installment because I have financial problems. They said that is fine they will only take R1094 from my account but once I can afford to pay the areas I should let them know. Now on the 24th they took R2188 that is double monthly installment. I need a refund because now I can't pay my rent.
