Numerous occasions requested to correct the installment amount so that after installment there are no arrears carrying over as well as correcting the installment date from the 25th to the 28th.

Neither has been changed, still deducting 3 times on one day the installment and then charge me admin fee cause they couldn't taken the installment. Everytime they say they have no notes on the system but they will amend it right away.

Awhile back when I had to make a 3 months; arrangement to pay couple hundred rands less I asked how the repayment will work and the feedback were a consultant will be in contact once the arrangement is over but normally they adjust the monthly installment

Two days ago I received a phone call from their legal department saying I need to a certain amount before the 6th of June or they will hand me over to ITC. Not once did someone contact me prior to this to inform me there are money outstanding and why or anything else. When I try to query all my compalints and feedback on arrangement the answer remains not my department or nothing I can do it about - sorry. Well, sorry for you, will never use or recommend you again!!!
