Closing of an account

When i activated the account online i was never sent from pillar to post but now i want the account closed as i cant sell half of my shares for some stupid reson im being sent from one place to the other. Sent an email was told to go to a branch so i can sign some paper. Went to the branch and was told to send an email.so now im a puppet to be played with. CAN YOU PLEASE CLOSE MY SHARE INVESTOR ACCOUNT
