I missed several installment but i made it a point that i pay. This time i have been paying but short paying whereby i am in 2 months in arrears. Now i have been called to say that my car is in 3 months in arrears were as i know its 2 and i have been threatened that they will repossessed the car. The guy i spoke to is Dalton Danster who has been very rude and not accommodating. I am have tried to make an arrangement to pay on the 20 January but he doesn't want to listen nor help he just harass me. I am not saying i am right not to honour the payment but if they fail to understand why does MFC finance vehicle. If i am willing to make an arrangement why not the bank as they say it has instructed them to repo my car, why cant they listen and if i still not honour the money then i can safely say they can come and repo the car. Can you please assist cause i am not getting joy i thought since MFC its under Nedbank it will give better service that we will be given. I am still not happy with it and i honestly i regret to have been financed by mfc.
