Hi,
So I phoned Capitec Collections to reduce my installment for this month because I have things that I need to get to. The lady at Collections went through the process with me and we agreed that my installment for this month would be half of my installment.
Yesterday, the full amount (installment) went off leaving me in a horrible space because this means I wont be able to do what I planned to do.
Can you please assist as this is a matter of urgency for me.
