Car insurance claim not processed

On the 10th of June I requested Outsurance to change my debit order date from the 15th to the 28th which they did. I have changed jobs and my salary date has changed. I also requested them to give me a better deal on one of my cars which they did. On the 18th of June, 9 days after I have changed the debit order date my car was in an accident. I submitted the claim on the same day. I was even sent to an assessor by outsurance. Innocentia from outsurance is handling my claim. Each time I speak to her on the phone she says she will call me back and she never does. She says that my debit order was not paid on the 15 therefore she can't process the claim. I explained that I have already changed the debit order date because I've changed jobs. I have proof from our HR department that my salary was not paid on the 15th but on the 28th which is today. She said she was going to ask her Manager and she will call me back but she never does. She does not want to take my calls either. I've insured 4 cars and my house with Outsurance and this is the service I get.
