Last month I called the call center to change my debit order date as i changed jobs and my salary date changed, the consultant i spoke to said everything was fine and my debit order will be changed from the 20th to the 25th effective immediately, yesterday the debit order went off my account and was retured with a fee of R115..00! i am so upset and angered, i also called yesterday and spoke to Toegie who advised that systems were down and she would call me back when it was up again, i have not heard anything yet! I have never had an unpaid debit order in my life! and now i had to pay bank charges beacuse of legal wise's incompetence! i want this policy cancelled!!!
