On the 10/05/2013 i called Hollard life to change the debit order date as i've changed jobs, i spoke to Mantsi Kekana and she assured me that it will be changed. Today i receive an sms saying that the debit order will still go off on the old date. i decided to call them and they confirmed that they haven't changed it. I then requested to speak to a manager or a supervisor, i was put on hold and guess what "they were all in a meeting" how convenient. Then when i asked to consultant to change the debit order for me, the system gave her an error
i really dont understand why is it such a mission to change a simple debit order date.
