We inquired for insurance on a car we wanted to buy in December 2012, but changed our mind and did not buy it therefore my husband emailed Outsurance and informed them that we will NOT be taking the insurance or life insurance from Outsurance. But to our surprise end of January we had a debit order go off for the car that we did not even have, they had no information on the car but they had a debit order go off for the amount of R2700 from our account. My husband phoned them last week 4 Feb when they informed him that the money has been paid back into the account. Today is the 13th of February and the money is still not paid back. This is pathetic charging people for cars that they do not have and that outsurance does not even have a registration number of. This is upsetting and we would like our money back!!!
