Useless new queueing system

I have now had it up to here. I have to collect my new credit cards from Nedbank Eastgate branch but the new electronic queueing system is a farce. I have now tried to queue 3 times on separate days and 3 times after 20-25 min of not having my number called I have left the branch.

The new ticketing system is just an excuse for actual people not to take accountability for service any more but to hide behind a system. The new system has made things worse not better.

Nedbank, I have a three strike policy. There are other banks that give better service out there and don't hide behind technology but treat people like people. You can keep my cards so stop sms'ing me to fetch my cards. I will continue to pay off my card, not spend a cent on my Amex / Nedbank and the moment my balance is zero I will terminate my banking relationship with you. And just for the record I have NEVER had this kind of hassle on my Discovery card so they will get ALL my spend.
