Cash withdrawal issues

I have been a client of Capitec for a few years now and would like to point out that I am very happy with the service and the status of my account with them. There is however one aspect that I find very annoying of late and that is the ability to withdraw required cash amounts at retail outlets. I needed to make cash payments at two separate banks for rent and school fees this morning. First I tried drawing money at the ATM just before 8, but got an error message along with the other customers standing in line. I proceeded to my nearest PnP and lo and behold they could only help me with R1000 withdrawal..well they usually cant help you with big amounts at their till points nowadays anyway. I really suggest that you rethink this approach or keep your ATM's open 24/7 like the other banks do. This is a constructive criticism hopefully taken to heart by Senior Management.
