NO REFUND ON MONEY DRAWN FRAUDULANTLY

MY CARD WAS CLONED AND MONEY WITHDRAWN FRAUDULANTLY . MATTER WAS TAKEN UP WITH MERCANTILE AND I COMPLETED THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS . NO FEEDBACK FOR A MONTH AS I HAD TO PHONE BACK EVERY TIME FOR FEEDBACK. TODAY I PHONED AGAIN AS WAS TOLD STRAIGHT AWAY I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. SAME HAPPENED 2 YEARS AGO WITH MY FNB CARD AND MONEY WAS DRAWN IN BULGARIA AND WAS REFUNDED BY FNB!!! MERCANTILE CLAIMED I GAVE MY PIN TO SOME ONE - WITH MY 25 YEARS OF BANKING EXPERIENCE I WOULD BE REALLY STUPID TO DO SO...
THE CONCLUSION IS THAT NO ONES MONEY IS SAFE AT MERCANTILE AS THEY CANNOT LOOK AFTER YOUR MONEY OR ONE CAN COME TO MANY CONCLUSIONS ANY WAY... HOPE PEOPLE ARE READING THIS COMPLAINT AND TAKE NOTE PLEASE.
