Bank manager has nothing better to do than to harass my family for R14 that is outstanding on a bond with less than R33000 outstanding. She has ultimate pleasure in making sure that she brings my wife to tears. All other banks offer assistance in financial difficulty, Mercantile Bank even with the knowledge that we are both unemployed and make every effort to have accounts to date make sure that this woman can make our life a living.
It's good when you bank with a bank for thirty years and they treat you like total rubbish.
Before banking with this bank please remember they don't care, standard bank have been unbelievable.
Very upset.
