POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS

I APPLIED FOR FINANCE WITH MERCANTILE FINANCE AND FROM THE BEGINNING EXPERIENCED BAD SERVICE. THIS COMPANY CHARGES YOU FEES UPFRONT BEFORE YOUR LOAN IS PAID OUT.
WHEN I CALLED THEM TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION FOR A LOAN AND TO HAVE MY MONIES THAT I HAVE PAID THEM RETURNED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UN HELP-FULL.
WHEN I EVENTUALLY GOT THROUGH TO THEM DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK MR BENNETTE SCREAMED AT ME OVER THE PHONE SAYING THEY ARE VERY BUSY AND WILL DEAL WITH ME WHEN THEY CAN.
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM NOW AFRAID I, GOING TO LOOSE THE MONEY I PAID THEM.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE
