I am rather disappointed that Mercantile bank 1 week after issuing me with a new Credit card distances itself in all respects of EASYPAY activity with a lot of IT and card-not-present jargon to confuse the man in the street and to rather put the blame on the client. Mr MERCANTILE are you here to protect your client's money or to protect yourself?
