My business was hit with. After calling the call center as well as going to the bank and filling out a incident form... no one knows what is going on. I haven't received ANY form of feedback from Nedbank or employees after going in several times to try get feedback. THE WAY NEDBANK HAS ACTED is UNACCEPTABLE and i will be moving banks once the money is refunded. No one has taken this seriously. There are amounts still going off which i have no idea where it is going or what it is for. I am disgusted at this shocking service and lack of urgency.
