I am extremely disappointed in the service I have received from Nedbank over this matter as I am usually the one backing them up as being a good bank.
I have been waiting for three weeks for monies that were taken off of my account due to an atm malfunction - initially when I went into the bank I was told I would have feedback and the money in my account within 7 - 14 working days - fair enough. It has now however been 3 full weeks and all that Nedbank can tell me is that they are unsure of when I will get my money back as it was a Standard Bank atm - Unfortunately - I am NOT a client of Standard Bank - I am a Nedbank client - and as the money was an amount of more than a thousand rand I am now extemely irate at this bad service and the lack of answers.
If I do not have the money back in my account by Monday - I am moving to a bank who will take my business, and complaints seriously.
