I wrote a complaint about Nedbank and their lack of feedback regarding nobody calling me back to give me a quote on Life Cover. Somebody did eventually call me back, gave me a quote of nearly R500 (far to expensive). I asked him to pls e-mail me the details, he read out the e-mail address to confirm he had the correct one, and he did! Still no e-mail, I spoke to the gentleman on Monday 06.01.2014. I have also not received any feedback as promised regarding my HelloPeter report. I'm beginning to think Nedbank does not want to talk to their clients, which is really shocking!
