No Feedback on Call logged in February!!!

I withdrew money from a garage ATM and the transaction timed out first time around with no result. Second time around the transaction was complete and my received the withdrawal. Both transactions were taken off my statement and I then waited a day before logging a call. Initial call was logged on the 25th, I've had to follow up every single time as no one was getting back to me. I even went in to the Gateway Nedbank branch and was told to wait 7 business days for the money to be refunded. This was still not done and I had to yet again follow up 3 times and was told that a team leader would contact me which never happened and it's 3 days later, no feedback still. This was logged on the 25th of Feb and still no one has any feedback as to when my money will be refunded! This is shocking service (actually no service at all!!!) Calls weren't updated and I was never contacted by anyone at Nedbank to update me on my query. I've spen over R200 in calls to follow up on something that I was supposed to be updated on. SHOCKING!!!
This is bad service and I am actually changing my bank and all services over to another bank because of it.
