I had a accident with my vehicle in March 2013, and was informed in June that my vehcile is readu for collection from the panel beater - June people - three months later. After informing the panelbeater and the insurance that i am not happy with the repairs done - i was told "Thank you for your mail, firstly I would like to point out from your statement below that we need to repair your vehicle to the same pre accident condition and not "better" as mentioned below. Unfortunately, this is our final stance on the matter and would not be able to include these items below as a part of your claim."
I intend to take this matter further as my vehcile is in a worst condition than before the accident.
