DEEPLY UNSATISFIED WITH CAR REPAIRS

Three months ago (12/07/2013), I was in a car accident. Fortunately, my family came to the accident scene and were able to assist. I was taken by ambulance to be admitted and they called the insurance company (UNITY) for support.
The consultant sent an approved tow truck to the accident scene. The vehicle was taken to RENEW IT @ Edenvale for assessments.
Three weeks later, the claim was approved. It was sent to TC AUTOBODY for repairs and the insurance assessor gave the following report:
*There are old damages. Please note this vehicle came to the yard with only three wheels
*Vehicle in poor condition: dents and scratches on the doors and rear fenders
I raised the following concerns with the insurance company:
*"COVER TYPE: Full Comprehensive. You are correctly covered for not only and write-off but also the repair costs for accident damage". I took the car for inspection at PG Auto (Telesure rules) "old damages" were never noted. It was declared in GOOD CONDITION
* There has never been a three wheeled OPEL CORSA
* This policy has been effective since 1 April 2013 and I doubt that a car that has been insured less than 3months would accumulate so much damage
