I applied for a pesonal loan online and was asked to aubmit mu documents via fax. I called to find out if the documents were received, spoke to a lady by the name of Lerayo who spoke as if she was chewing and didnt want to speak to me. She told me to call later as the documents were not showing yet. I called later apoke to a Danielle (if my memory serves me correctly), she told me they have them and i will get my response after 24 hours. This morning i get an sms saying i must bring my payslip and ID to the branch. I went there, when i get there, I get a lady at the centurion branch, her name ciuld be Novuyo or noluvuyo. She tKes ny documentz scans them and tells me they say they will contact me. I asked her when and she told me she doesnt know she doesbt know the procedure in that department. That means ive wasted 2hours of my life at a busy branch to do so.ething i did yesterday via fax. When will i get my feedback? Who is supposed to know a procedure if the front desk doesnt? If the front desk doesnt know, must i be the one who tells her to call again and find out for me? She told me they would call me but doesnt know when.
