I applied for the certificates for both my to daughter on the 09-January 2013 and in feb I got an SMS to come to collect for one child, I then asked what about the other because the two where applied for on the same day however i was told by the lady helping me that she doesnt know I must check after 12 weeks as this was their turnaround time. I went back on the 29 April 2013 to query same and the lady still tells me she doesnt know could be the hold up and that I must phone the call the centre and ask. When I phone the call centre I speak a call centre agent who advises me that my child's application shows that it was received on the 10 January 2013 and since then nothing happened to it. I find this level of service unacceptable and very pathetic and putting our information at risk to
