Credit Card Application - bad service continued

Very disappointing. FNB called me today 18 December 2013 to do yet ANOTHER quotation for the credit card application - where I have completed 4 seperate quotations previously which were all aparantly approved. I am sitting with the signed FNB Credit Card Quotation, Declaration & Pre-Agreement form in fron of me which was emailed on 20 November 2013 and now they tell me there needs to be another quotation done!!! FNB's service is pathetic!! I have heard bad stories of other banks, but if this is the way FNB thinks they will get new clients they are sorely mistaken. Sales person on the quote: Angela Munsamy
