Sibongile assisted me with homeloan inquiries as I want to buy house Im currently renting she advised I change my saving acc to cheque to help with my credit scoring which she will sort out no need for me to go my branch she then said she will switch all my debit orders to the cheque acc now heres my complain she advise that I qualify for a personal loan which could assist with transfer fees I not now I need the approval 1st but to my strange surprise someone calls me yesterday to confirm the debit order for my loan? the consultant failed to switch my debit orders all of them bounced! is this really "moving foward"does Standardbank really live up to their standards? this is one of the leading banks in SA I demand someone to sort out this mess ASAP I REFUSE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS BECAUSE OF A CONSULTANT ERROR
