I am trying to get hold of the archives department to get a duplicate registration paper on a trailor.
Documents have been faxed through and the relevant fee has been paid. I am now trying to establish if my documentation was received. When a phone gets answered eventually, I am sent through to a different department and when I dial the numbers I have been given for the specific people I need to speak with, it just keeps on ringing endlessly, nobody is answering the phones!
Please can someone properly assist me?
