I went to Cresta branch on the 9 March 2013 to request a duplicate invoice on a phone I bought from them on the 29 December 2011.The branch manager told be that was my responsibilty to have (given). The credit provider has a duty to keep this as well. She eventually asked her staff by the name of Tumi to assist me, we went to MTN to try and see if they had a record but they had none. Tumi tried the archives but would not come up with anything. I do not understand why an entity as big as TFG would not have electronic archives to refer to in such instances. I further escalated the matter to to their head office operations who also referred back to the branch. I need this for the warranty and repairs.
