Incompetent Staff and service recieved

I RECENTLY PAID OF MY VEHICLE AND REQUESTED MY VEHICLE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS AND WHEN THEY EVENTUALLY ARRIVED I PROCEEDED TO HAVE THE OWNERSHIP CHANGED TO MY NAME AS I HAD PAID IT UP, ONLY TO GET AN AUDIT REPORT FROM THE LICENCING OFFICES REGISTRATION DEPARTMENT (NELSPRUIT) THAT STATES THAT THEY CANNOT CHANGE OWNERSHIP AS ABSA HAD ALREADY ISSUED DUPLICATE REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS AND THEREFORE THEY COULD NOT CHANGE OWNERSHIP. TO AGGRAVATE THE SITUATION EVEN FURTHER NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT TO DO, I'VE BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IT HAS COME TO THE POINT WHERE THIS ISSUE WILL END UP BEING SOLVED THE LEGAL ROUTE AS I HAVE RUN OUT OF PATIENCE WITH THIS BANK.
