BAD ATTITUDE

I went to FNB ATMs in Newgermany on the 26/96/2013 at around 17h30 to deposit some money for my brother who was waiting at the bus station in Johannesburg. on my attempt to process this transaction, the ATM rejected a R200 note and i asked the Security Guard who was on duty at the time. he told me that the bank is closed and i must try to change the note. i then ran to the nearest Standard Bank ATM to withdraw two R100 notes and to my suprised when i come back, the Security Guard was closing the doors to the ATM place. the time was 17h45. i asked him why is he closing way before time because the doors are marked clearly that they are closed at 18h00. he turned to me and told me that he stays at Umlazi and there is nothing he can do to help me. he continued with his way leaving me standing and confused.

i am very angry with the attitude i received from this Security Guard and feel a need to report it. the ATMa must be closed at the indicated time not before that.
