KFC
Closed early

Im a regular customer at KFC but on the (24/09/2013) when i went to the KFC
in the LAUDIUM area the following happened:
At 9:55 i arrived in the parking lot of KFC. My brother got off and
to his surprise the doors were closed when asked the security guard to let him in he replayed by saying "times up".
I then got off the car and asked the security as to why the doors were closed when it is written on the door closing time is at 10. He replied as saying "when they out of stock they close early". They were people in the outlet seated and ordering and how does he know want i wanted to buy. It could have just been a coke. I then asked to speak to the manager and was told he is busy. I then asked the security guard to give my brother an apology because (time was not up) he then just closed the door on us.
Kindly let me know as to why the manger did not went to speak with me and why did they not want me to come in.
My time is also valuable. The time and fuel it took me to go to the outlet was just wasted.
please note that i have sent two emails to kfc south Africa customer service on the 24 and 25 september and had no response.
