I always shop at the Spar in Parkview and have always had a good experience. Tonight I rushed there from work and arrived at the spar at exactly19:20, 10 minutes before closing time. My girlfriend and I went in to get bread and rolls and whilst walking to the tills, the security guard who rudely stated "We are waiting for you!!! ". I could not believe what I had just heard and confronted the manager on duty who could not even look at me in the eye and didn't bother to reprimand the guard. The transaction was done at 19:27 (as per my proof of purchase). I then proceeded to walk out and told the guard to have some manners and respect customers, she responded by telling me to "Vetsek". Once again, the manager on duty failed to intervene which is absolutely shocking customer service!!! Even though Parkview Spar is convenient for us, we will not be returning there.
