Hi Toys r Us,
I was at your store on Saturday evening, and at 20:50 I wanted to run in and grab something I needed for my child,
I got stopped by the security at the door, who had already closed the doors, to tell me, " we have closed the shop, its full, I said to him, how can it be full? he then told me they are busy closing as at nine they close and the staff want to go home, they want to leave at nine"
I found it ridiculous and didn't feel like getting into a shouting match with this man, I went and called my husband to come speak to him,
We requested that they call the manager or us, so that we can ask what is going on and why we are not allowed in the shop,
Trading hours are stipulated on the doors to be till 9pm, (TRADING) not shop must be closed at 9pm.
The manager refused to come to the door, and the cashiers and staff that were walking around in the shop, didn't seemed to be very phased, each time we asked someone to call the manager, they walked off and no manager was seen.
At this point another lady also was standing at the door waiting to come in as it was on 20:55pm, and they also refused her to come in,
I then had enough and walked pasted the security guard to
