I just want to let you know that I'm not very happy with beach bums and would like to lay a complaint,
Firstly... My dad's car window got smashed in the parking lot and stuff was.
Conveniently your security guards were in the "bathroom" at the time and arrived back as we got to the check the car and what had been. The one car guard still had the audacity to ask for a tip when we left after our meal, and to this day we are waiting for one of your managers to get back to us with feedback regarding the camera footage.
Secondly, a few days before news years you guys had a party there and we got there and the gates were closed, I tried to ask the security guard why it was closed It literally took 10 minutes for the security guard to be able to tell us the reason for the gates being closed was because you were at full capacity. I accepted that, But then a different manager to the first incident came to the gate and wasn't bothered with what I had to say and pretty much brushed us off because you guys has made your money for the night and what was 2 extra people. Then while we were leaving we saw people giving the security guard money and they were let in
