TAKING MONEY OFF MY ACCOUNT YET DEVICE PAID OFF

I had IPAD which I took out from FNB Smart Devices in November 2012 i paid the IPAD back in full. No more deductions went off my account on the 25 April 2013 FNB decided they would start deducting money from my account for the IPad. I called and had to wait two weeks for them to return my money to me. I told them the account was closed resent proof they advise the problem was corrected. So on the 25th May they again debuted money from my account for IPAD i PAID OFF. I called and emailed and ran around like cause FNB cant do there job correctly, after 48 hours my money was return and told the problem was fixed... GUESS WHAT on the 25 June 2013 they again have deduct my account, I have emailed JUSTIN NICOLAAI FROM FNB CORE BANKING, and his attitude is whatever, not his money not his problem, I asked him last month for him to get a manger to call (as can get though to call centre) he did not even respond. I am sick and tried that FNB thinks they can go into my account every month and take money that DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. I am getting no where with call centres so Hello Peter is the only thing i can do if i still dont come right next will be legal action as they have no right
