Hi there
So I called MTN call centre after th einternet on my laptop stopped working about three weeks ago. Sopke to someone. They said they would be sorting it out. Ever since I opened the new contract in Feb, I have never been given a call or sent my statement.
Well, today I wake up to see that MTN has deducted just above R1400 from my account... ipad still not working though. I called in and told the Call centre agent what had happened... She kept on saying "alright" and not giving out any solutions. I feel like I have been robbed (hence my headline) no statements sent nothing... I am not happy with the service I have received before and after I have called MTN.
Why would they just deduct money in my account and not be quick in fixing my iPad. I have lost out on a lot of businesses as I could not use my ipad yet they were able to deduct my account... This is daylight.
