Last year I took an Ipad and I specifically asked for the device to be insured. Two weeks back I lost my Ipad and I went to my branch to ask them what I need to do to claim. I was advised that my Ipad was not insured and that the matter was escalated. I received an email from Justin Nicolaai advising me that he's looking into my problem and will provide me with feedback. Last week I sent him email telling him that the insurance company called me, I was unable to speak to them and asked them to call me back. Which they never did. I asked Justin to follow up for me as I dont have their contact details. I'm still waiting for Justin's response.
