I went to the Standard Bank Florida ATM at exactly 07:30 on 27 April 2013. Now due to the shops only opening for limited hours today, I wanted to make sure I pay my accounts today.

Now in withdrawing my money an amount of R2000.00 to being specific, the ATM did not dispatch my money. Now i called the number 0800020600 to get this sorted out and i get a response that this will only happen after 12 days. 1. Who will pay for my debts which are due and interests incurred thereafter. 2 Will you compensate me for the inconvenience caused and the calls made to the number mentioned above, because I'm sure this number is not free and not cheap as well. 3. I want my money credited to me ASAP by no later than today.

I was advised that there is a department which deals with this and they cannot be contacted. So much for customer service and moving people forward. I want my money in my bank and all the bank charges reversed.

Another thing why is it that the statement reflects a withdrawal of R2000.00 which was done on 29.04.2013. It's the 27th. I think theres some kind of with your ATM's and your system.

I want a response to this and a resolution within the next hour.
