TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I applied for a higher limit on my credit card online.
Well it was approved in minutes, no problem, but then a screen pops up to say I have been upgraded to Platinum, and congratulations.
Instantly my Gold cc no longer works and a new Platinum card is listed under my accounts online with promise of delivery of my card ASAP.

I got on the phone instantly trying to cancel this upgrade as I had at no point requested an upgrade and most definitely did not want an account/card that would increase costs.

I was transferred no less than 5 times to different people who I had to repeat the entire story to each time, and got nowhere, have faxed and emailed (countless times) my ID, payslip and doc to say that I didn't want the product, will not accept the product and would like my Gold Card/account reinstated immediately.

I have had NOT ONE CALL from FNB. I even contacted PREMIER banking of which I apparently against my will was now a member of.

The courier company tried to deliver my new Platinum card today which I obviously declined.

I now sit with a Gold cc I cannot use and a Platinum one on the system that I do not want!!!
