After 8 weeks of dealing with the call centre regarding my claim which was being refused as I had not been informed fully about my policy, I was finally referred to Sanisha Pillay, who understood my predicament, sent me a copy of my policy which I had been requesting from the call centre to no avail, and resolved my claims and had them re-logged for approval, although I am still waiting for an outcome, one has been approved the other I am still waiting for, I feel a great sense of relief that she understood my needs and made every effort to resolve it speedily. Thank you Sanisha for all your help, and I hope the call centre resolve the balance. I really appreciate it.
