I applied for the S4 deal around the end of April this year and I am still waiting on the phone.
I receive no updates on the status of my order from FNB instead I was told to phone in every week to find out if they have by an agent. With high phone traffic on their customer care lines always its never a quick call so I'm wasting money on listening to elevator music basically only to be disappointed.
This is my second complaint about FNB this month. Really disappointed in them now.
