Incorrect contact details

I am NOT a customer and have NOT applied for a credit card at FNB, yet I get sms' stating that my credit cards (!) have been approved and declined multiple times a week. Today I apparently need to pick up my credit card from both Hartbeespoort and Pretoria North branches. I have e-mailed FNB complaints (4 times) and am still waiting for a response. That was last week. Frankly I'm not going to phone only to be put through to agent after agent and having to be put on hold umpteen times as nobody knows what's going on.

Problem continues and becomes more frustrating! CCD Couriers are now trying to deliver the credit cards to me. I get AT LEAST 6 sms' a day (and all sms have a differnt ref nr thus it's for different people) I have had EIGHT calls today to deliver said cards (and all calls are for different people).

You have the WRONG contact details, take my number off of your database! I'm sure there are many people just as frustrated as they are not receiving their cards and don't know the status of their applications.
