FNB is using CCD couriers to deliver out credit cards
what a bunch of useless.
I have been waiting for 2 days now for their delivery man, yesterday he did not pitch at all, and today it is already 3pm and no-one has come.
By the time I finally managed to get someone on the phone, I was told that the delivery man had vehicle problems yesterday (no-one informed the people waiting for him), and for today's delivery - my card is not with him, and this after they sent me an SMS to confirm both yesterday and today's delivery
I am a rep therefore I only earn money when I am out on the road, CCD has cost me 2 days potential earnings. I can't sit around wasting time waiting for people who can't keep appointments that they made,
my credit card expires next Friday, at this rate I doubt that I will have received my new card
what worries me is that these incompetent fools have my credit card and can clone it
