I switched to FNB a few weeks ago. I have been happy with everything besides accidentally receiving two credit cards.
I have called & emailed numerous times and no one has yet helped me with my issue (I have sent three emails now). I would like to cancel one of the cards as I didn't request two. I also accidentally paid R135 into the credit card account that I would not like to keep. I would like to be reimbursed my R135 & the card I do not want taken off of my online banking.
I have been so happy switching to FNB and receiving great service besides this. It is very disappointing especially since I am not at fault.
