FNB - over promise under deliver!

I received a call for upgrading and increasing my Credit limit on Monday, which was great telephonic experience.
The consultant gave me the new limit which i accepted, i was told that all should be adjusted after 24 hours, I should not use my cards as all changes will take place over night, shipment of my new cards will happen between 3-5-7 working days, however i can use my current cards in the interim as i wait for my new cards.
Card delivery is not the issue. I was suppose to get an my limits adjusted by end Tuesday at the most but it now 3 working days and not even an sms to advise to update me on anything.
Pathetic service this is the first time that that i have had to wait so long for a credit application (which was approved already).
FNB Called Me, Gave me an over, which i accepted, at the end of the day FNB could not deliver on turn around time which they supplied as i did not demand anything. Over promise under deliver.
